• 7wln is not liable for unauthorized access to your account if you fail to notify us in a timely manner.
• Withdrawals may be held if the KYC (identity verification) process has not been completed.
• A valid active email address and phone number must be kept on your account at all times.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

7wln supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 500 (may vary depending on the payment method).
• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 1,000।
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals should be made using the same method used for the original deposit.

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonuses typically come with 10x to 30x Wagering Requirement applies.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the specified period from the date they are credited.
• Violating bonus terms may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• 7wln reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses are for personal use only — using them for arbitrage or similar strategies is strictly prohibited.

6. Gaming Rules

All games on 7wln are powered by internationally certified software providers. Game outcomes are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring they are fully fair and verifiable.

• Any disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised with our support team within the specified timeframe.
• 7wln reserves the right to void any winnings resulting from a technical error or malfunction.
• For Sports Betting, bets cancelled before the match begins will be fully refunded.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.

7. Prohibited Activities
